We are excited that you have
taken interest in Antioch Baptist Church. We hope this
website gives you a general idea about Antioch, its
opportunities for worship, community outreach, and
interactive service involvement.
ABC consists of a wide range
of diverse people from all ages and different
backgrounds. We would love to have you and your family
visit us this week for worship, where we advocate
involvement by people of all ages. Visitors and members
alike are assured a very warm welcome at Antioch.
Our worship services begin
with Sunday School at 9:45 a.m., which offers classes
for all ages. (Visit our "Education
page" for details on class offerings and study
topics in our Sunday School program.) Following Sunday
School, morning worship begins at 11:00 a.m. Weekly
worship opportunities include, but are not limited to,
music, prayer, tithes & offerings, testimonies, and
hearing God’s Word delivered from the Holy Bible.
Antioch is a Southern
Missionary Baptist Church, and locally a member of the
Liberty Association of Baptist Churches. We at Antioch
believe in the trinity, consisting of God the Father,
God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe that
Jesus through His atoning sacrifice is the only way to
God. By His gift of salvation, this is made possible.
We believe that man was
created in the image of God and chose to be sinful.
Therefore, all mankind must accept this gift of
salvation to become a child of God. We also believe the
Bible to be God’s Word in written format. It is
God-breathed and is therefore inerrant in truth and
meaning making it completely useful for teaching,
training, rebuking, and instructing in righteousness.
Simply put, the Bible is God’s revelation of Himself to
humanity.
